PRIVACY

I will keep your personal information private and I will not share your details with anyone else. I may ask your permission to showcase your design in my portfolio, at wedding fairs or on my website, but I will always change your personal details  and gain your approval first.


Samples are sent prior to printing for approval at the unit cost of item plus postage and packing

 Prices do not include Postage & Packing which will be calculated on size and destination.  Local collection can be arranged.



All prices are per card & include my design fee.  

All materials, printing and 100gsm matt white envelopes. For a small charge you can upgrade to 135 gsm.

This is a fully bespoke stationery service where your imagination can run free and I will create unique artwork to incorporate into your stationery telling your very personal love story.  You can choose to print on any of the cards from the classic white or ivory linen, silk or hammered to luxury embossed and jacquard designs and pearlised cards in a range of colours.

Luxury

Choose from the range of designs below and change elements  and colours within it to create your own unique wedding stationery to match your wedding theme.  These will be printed on Classic ivory or white silk, linen or hammered card.  You may also choose to print on any of the luxury embossed, jacquard or pearlised cards available at a slight price increase

Customised

Choose from a range of existing designs below and add your own details and change font style.  These will be printed on Classic white or ivory silk, linen or hammered card



Classic

Classic cards are available in 260gsm Hammered, Linen or Silk card.  Luxury pearlised and embossed cards will cost a little more.

How To Order & Payment terms

“Save the Date’ cards should be sent as early as possible to ensure your guests reserve the date in their busy diaries!   It’s a good idea to send out your main invites at least 3-4 months before the big day (bear in mind things like major holidays so the longer notice you give the better).


The design process will take about three weeks from our first meeting until you are happy with the design of your stationery.  It then usually takes 2-3 weeks from me receiving your final approval and confirmation of design and wording to you having the finished package.


There is no minimum order quantity for my stationery.  However, it is recommended to book well in advance of the date you need your stationery, in order for me to schedule it into the calendar especially during busy periods for weddings in May through to August.  If you need your invitations more quickly, I’ll do my best to accommodate your timings.   


I will need accurate times, dates, places and names, as well as any wording for your stationery sent to me either in an email or by post whichever suits you.


I’ll then send you drafts of the ongoing work, so you can approve it during the process to ensure there are no errors and make any corrections before I begin to print.


I will send you a final sample for your approval before I begin printing.   I do not charge for amendments as the design process progresses, but once the design has been confirmed and signed off by yourself, any further changes will incur a charge, but I will always discuss this with you before proceeding.


Once you are happy with everything and you’ve signed it off, I will start printing your invitations and by that stage unfortunately it is too late to make any changes.  I will then send you the finished stationery pack.


Orders are completed in stages. You will know earlier on the wording for your invites and RSVPs, but your order of service and menus may not be able to be confirmed until nearer the big day.

Payment Terms

Once we have agreed and confirmed your stationery suite and final costings, I will request a 25% deposit of the total amount and the balance on approval of the final samples before I commence printing.

 

Preferred payment is by electronic transfer via internet banking (I will provide you with my BACS details) and please use your name as a reference.  If you don’t have access to internet banking I will also accept payment by cheque and will give you my address on request.


My prices are based on all materials and printing costs and include my design fee.   

 

I will carefully package and send out your stationery with trackable Royal Mail service. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be present to accept delivery of the package.


I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched.


For international orders, please contact me for shipping times and prices.


I will keep your personal design files on record for up to a year.


As each wedding is unique please contact me for an exact quotation.  I can work with you to suit your budget and requirements.

I can  tie your stationery bundle together with lace or satin ribbon add 30p per card.  If you require lace and ribbon it will be 50p per card

Or you can tye them yourself.  I can supply you with  1- 1.2cm wide lace or 1cm satin ribbon at 40p per card.  Wider widths and prices available on request.

“Belly Bands” are card bands that bundle your stationery together.  Plain colours cost 50p extra per card.  Printed with design = 70p

Additional decorative personalised front card included with plain “Belly Band” = £1.10 per card.

Decorative envelope liners = 80p per card.
